Weight lifting program with just dumbbells?

I was looking into NROL4W or Strong Lifts, but I only have dumbbells.
Is there anything else I could do that is similar?

    Highly recommend any of the Jari Love workouts. They are amazing and you will definently see results quickly. I have her Get Extremely Ripped 1000 one and I burn about 953 calories per workout doing that one :)I like the Crunch Total Resculpt with Kendall Hogan as well for days I am more pressed for time cuz that one is like a 45 minute workout and is a pretty good total body one.

    I have been thinking about Jari Love does she do a lot of jumping or dancey moves . I can't keep up with them when they do dance type stuff .
