I would love some ideas for snacks in front of tv that is healthy, low in calories but tasty. Also, we like to drink wine on weekends. What goes good with wine that is not too bad for you. We normally would eat cheese and sausage but thats just too fattening. Any ideas would be appreciated

I'm not a wine drinker but isn't fruit a good combo? Depending on the cheese you can find varieties that aren't too bad on calories . Then there's the obvious veggies. Some cucumber finger sandwiches sound pretty darn good and the small portion size should help calorie wise. I recently found turkey pepperoni from Armour that is 70 calories for 16 slices! 4g fat no sugar 380mg sodium. Personally I can't tell a real difference other than they aren't greasy.
    There's my 2¢ :)

Celery sticks or cucumbers with a Laughing Cow wedge of cheese and 1/2 an apple or pear (sliced really thinly so you get lots of pieces to nibble on). Or air-popped popcorn with a little garlic salt or Mrs. Dash.

Air popped pop corn thats all you need. One serving is 6 cups. Enjoy

Baby carrots, apple slivers, sliced cucumbers, air popped popcorn.
A tall glass of water and tea!

I've found that putting salt and pepper on foods often improves them and makes them more "snacky". Obviously, don't do this if you're limiting your salt intake! But low-cal things like carrot sticks, pepper and cucumber slices seem to taste so much nicer with a little bit of freshly ground pepper and salt.

I gave Tesco's extra light mayonnaise a go recently and I was surprised that it actually tasted OK. I'd been eating tiny bits of full-fat mayonnaise thinking that I didn't want to sacrifice the taste. But now I sometimes use the extra light mayonnaise to dip raw veg sticks in.

It really depends on how many calories you have to spare.

frozen berries straight out of the freezer. they're too cold to eat very quickly and they're like little frozen sweets.

You can make some nice dips for veggies out of yoghurt (greek yoghurt, regular yoghurt, or labneh, which is the Arabic version of greek yoghurt although it contains more fat, if you can get that where you live) e.g. add a little mustard and vinegar or lemon juice, or add fresh mint and coriander, or finely chopped onions and tomato. All kinds of things.

You can make sticks of carrot and celery, they're good snacks. Also you can make a dip from plain white yoghurt mixed with a little bit of lemon juice and some dill. (it will taste as sour cream but with less calories).

Also you can make grilled potato slices and add some fresh cilantro, also get kanikama sticks. Hardboiled egg slices, rice buns, palmitos slices.
