Accurate calorie goals?

Hello! :happy:

I just was looking for some advice- I'm looking to lose a lot of fat, and have some really nice muscle definition. I'm a teenager, and unlike all the other girls, I have no interest in being stick skinny. I am thin though because I watch what I eat and exercise. I am currently eating around 1100 cals. a day and working off about 300-600 through exercise daily. Which I know is devastating my goals, How is one suppose to feed their muscles with 1100 cals?? I am young, 5'8, around 120lbs- and looking to lose fat and gain a little muscle. How many calories do you recommend I should eat? (I eat healthy, by the way, so the calories I eat aren't ice cream and chips.)
