Lost around 11 lbs so far, not 'feeling' it

this is my two pics, several weeks apart:

'after'

am I just tripping or my body really barely changed?

  • You may of lost a little off your stomach? Did you do any measurements before you started? Or is that an unmanly thing to do?

Nah, guess I should have.. thought the photo-taking combined with weigh-in will do, I did lose some fat around my face but I refuse to believe that the change is so small on my torso ;(

Try taking pictures turned to the side, that would help :)

I can see a difference, but the more you lose the more change you will see. Be patient...

You can tell in your stomach. :) and like everyone else said, give it time. :) it'll be worth it in the end.

We all lose weight differently just like we could be the same weight and height but wear it different. I've lost about the same and the first place I lose from is my neck and face. I'm starting to notice I'm a little flatter in the stomach but it's mostly around my neck. My collar bones are more pronounced but I also feel it in the way I walk.

It could be the difference in lighting/angle/distance, but your pecs and delts look more defined (moreso the delts than pecs) and your stomach looks flatter.
