I am in process of getting tooth implant and would love some experience on timelines etc.

how long did you have to wait after tooth extraction for the implant bit to be put
how long did you have to wait from the implant to the permanent tooth?
how long did you have to wait off exercise?
is there any special aftercare i should know about
