New to p90x

Hey Guys,
I am new to this site, I made myfitnesspal in Feb but never used it. I have been browsing around and this all seems pretty neat.

I am going to be starting p90x the classic version today because my goal is to lose about 20 pounds and be more healthy. My issue is i am not consistant with my exercise.I will usually start it for a week then i stop for a month because its hard with my work schedule. But its time to stop making that excuse and do itt up now!

Just wondering if anyone has any tips for doing p90x and how the diet plan works. I didn't get the meal plan or any papers with my p90x dvds because it was given to me by a friend, So this is all rly new to me.

Also if anyone else would like to join this challenge with me, Let me know. Would love to have someone to share the progress with.

    P90X is an awesome program and you will do great with it if you complete the whole thing! The nutrition plan really is important, but I can show you what I've done to be successful with it. Would be great to motivate each other!
