Wow!! I am always amazed at how people find that determination from within themselves. I used to be able to but then I had two children, go to school now, and work two part-time jobs - plus my husband works a lot so some days I'm a 'single' mom. I just get soooo tired all the time. I think I just need to watch this video when I start hitting one of those low spots in my day or when I don't have the motivation to exercise
