toning the belly

I go to the gym 4 times a week for 2 hours each, I only do cardio. I would like to start toning, but don't know where to start. Should I lift? if so, what and how long. Don't want to have massive muscles but want to tone arms, legs, and stomach. Where do I start?

    PIck up "New Rules of Lifting for Women" and check out "Stronglifts 5x5" on the web. You won't bulk up, you'll get strong muscles. :)

    PS- I've been lifting pretty much from the start and I'm closer to goal than I thought I would be at this point AND! I actually have a bum. :D

    strength training will get you toned and NOO its not going to make you all muscular and bulky
