TDEE Question

Okay so i'm starting to eat at TDEE -20%as the scale didn't move for me for a very long time at what i was eating at before. Now it's going up a bit but i guess that is to be expected, anyway my question!
Is it okay for someone to have something such as a McDonalds or a Chinese take-away or any such foods if they stay under their calories, fat, etc? (Will it have any major effect on weight loss?) I'm asking because i'm curious. I don't even like most foods like that

Yes! I have been eating on the TDEE method for over a year, and I still eat burgers, pizza, desserts, beer, wine, etc. My diary is open if you want to have a look, feel free. I eat healthy most of the time, but there is room for eating out, holidays, birthdays, etc - which is why I love this so much - fits into my lifestyle and is doable for life. :drinker:0

As long as "junk food" fits into your macros(Calories, carbs, protein, & fat), you can certainly eat/drink what you please. The key is to meet your macro goals and keep your calories where you need them. Basically plan ahead if you want to eat something "not so healthy"..0
