I dont have a lot of weight to lose 7 to 10 lbs at the most. and im not able to work out because of a kidney disease i have. I start having horrible pain any time i do any kind of work out im losing weight by dieting but my question is, when i get rid of the fat on my belly is my stomach going to be flabby or is it just going to have a little extra skin? I also cannot do sit ups because i have hernias in my stomach area that tend to get really bad if i try to do any strenuous ab work outs my stupid health issues. Hopefully soon ill be able to go back to doing zumba, but until then im pretty sure ill hit my goal weight in another month or two and im just very curious to know if my belly will still be flabby. I was using the slendertone belt (by the way it does tighten up your abs!) and i plan on continuing once i get rid of some more of my belly fat. Thanks for any insight yall have to my sily question lol

Since you have so little weight to lose, I severely doubt you would have any excess or loose skin. However, if you are unable to work out your ab muscles, when you lose the weight you will not have much definition of muscle in that area, it will likely be flat, but you won't see any muscle.0

Yeah i dont have too much fat to lose and im not too worried about working out the muscles since i will do more damage to the hernias i have. Thanks!0
