    My daily calorie goal is 1898.

    In grams, these are my macro goals every day:

    Carbs: 214 grams

    Fat: 74 grams

    Protein: 95 grams.

    I aim for 0.8-1g of protien per pound of lean body mass, that's 79-99g for me.
    For fat I try to get 0.35 per pound of body weight, that's 47g.
    The rest I fill in with carbs.

    It generally works out to about 58/23/19. I have my MFP goals set to 55/25/20 because they only go in increments of 5%, so I always see red in carbs. I'm cool with that, me and carbs are good friends.

    I have 40c/30f/30p as my nominal goal.

    As long as I hit my protein grams and I have a deficit I really don't care where the rest land.

    my macro goals don't change daily. They are set ...I don't always hit them spot on. Had sushi for dinner Thursday night so carbs and protein were over but fat was really low.
