Does anyone know how to factor in calories burned for anaerobic exercises such as toning or weight lifting?

No idea; I've wondered that, too.0

If you don't have a HRM, then under the cardio section of your Exercise diary, log it as strength training or circuit training. It'll ask for the duration of the workout and will calculate the calories. It estimates high, so I would only recommend eating 80% of your workout calories. If you have a HRM, then you can adjust the calories on the entry to match your HRM and can eat 100% back.0
