Re-starting after injury

I signed up..oh probably in October..and lost 4 pounds and felt good. Was just getting back to a regular treadmill workout for "winter" after a long bought with Plantar Fasciitis...then the first week in December I puled a muscle..So not only do I have my original 15 pounds to lose..but another 10 that I managed to put on while spending 3 months spending my time alternating between sitting on an ice pack or a heating pad. Your encouragement is greatly appreciated.

  • This so sounds like me, I was walking daily, doing Zumba two nights a week and using my treadmill the other five nights. Same problem hit me. I put on five pounds during my recovery period and am trying to get back on my healthly eating and exercise routine without getting the pain back. I decided that if I could handle a little pain, it would get better, Any suggestions you may be using would be greatly appreciated
