Really amazing! I just started Jillian Michaels body revolution and am not going to be losing much weight because I'm not that heavy and I know I will gain muscle. It's so great to see an example of such an awesome transformation with very little weight lost. Keeps me hopeful! Thanks for the motivation!0

i hope to start crossfit training this week in the new gym that just opened at my work. I"m a very big person, over 250 pounds so I'm not sure if it's really something I can do but I'm going to give it my all! Thanks for the awesome inspiration. You look phenominal.0

I really like that you pointed out how important it is to just be patient and stay the course (keep exercising, eating well). Progress is so hard to see in ourselves by looking in the mirror or hopping on the scale, but you sure can tell the difference with those photos. Consistently working hard AND being patient really does pay off. Thanks for sharing your story and photos, and for the words of wisdom!
