I have been doing Turbo Fire for a couple weeks now as well as walking/running. I have hit a plateau and am considering doing Ripped In 30 and walking/ running instead of Turbo. Do you think I will benefit or just push through the Turbo?

boredom is the enemy. I lift weights, do exercise videos, run, play golf, ride a bike, circuit train, use an elliptical, , , . Don't be afraid to mix it up.

I don't think two weeks is a plateau. It could be water retention from starting a new program. If you are bored, alternate it with something different. I'm currently working out 5-6 days a week and alternating ripped in 30 with brazil butt lift and c25k.
