I have been a long time user of MFP. Last year, I used it to help me track food while training for my first half marathon. I finished that last June...woop woop! I have returned to school this past year and marathon training has been put on hold. I still run but it is minimal. One thing is that you can not outrun a crappy diet. My diet is awful and I can give a ton of excuses but the truth is it is me:) The last thing I want to do it cook after a long day of school, being a parent and other duties I have had saying no to.
I live in SC and I am determined that by this time next year, the 60 more pounds I want gone will be nothing but a distant memory. I have struggled a bit recently and would love some friend;y support or just tough love.
