Other than Body Pump & Chalean Extreme, what are other good/effective weight training videos? links to the url or dvd names will be very helpful.

I still think advanced calisthenics CAN work just as well for strength training. Thus, Insanity and its Asylum sequels are good.
The perennial favorite, P90X (XPlus, X2, One on One) seem to work wonders and is honestly, the video to beat as a the standard of extreme exercise.
Body Beast, is an up and comer, and I know people on it are seeing great results.
Outside of the Beachbody sphere of influence? Eh? I dunno. I know people who did Tapout XT, http://www.tapoutxt.com/ (and were disappointed, at its level of intensity, which puts it below P90X for some) and GSP's Rushfit http://www.gsprushfit.com/workout_dvds/ has echoed a similar disappointment for those who've completely P90X and Insanity.
Then there is the Les Mills Combat, if you are into more of the martial stuff, but bottom line? Get into a dojo or dojang or mma gym if you really want that visceral experience.0 -
Thanks so much Jordon0
