I'm trying to jazz up my water intake by adding some flavor. Are there any 0 calorie drinks or drink mixes out there that do not have that terrible diet taste to them?

For the record, I do like just adding lemon/lime slices to my water but I'd like to try other things every now and then. I've been trying various flavors of seltzer water, but they make my mouth feel dry...

Thanks!

Unsweetened Iced Tea is a refreshing change from water. I brew mine from scratch using a variety of different teas. I'm a bit of a tea snob so I can't stomach those horrible store bought mixes anymore.

Lemon or Lime water is another choice as you already mentioned.

I drink a lot of MiO. Not sure what "terrible diet taste" is, exactly, but I think it tastes pretty good.

I would guess ptc which can have a bitter taste depending on genetics.

I used to just buy a bottle of lemon or lime juice and give it a squeeze in my water instead of taking the time to cut up fruits. Cucumber is pretty tasty in water. Some people like mint.
  • I like the Vitamin Water Zero line. Very refreshing and it has stevia in it as opposed to aspartame or splenda.

Hm. I will have to check it out. Do you find that Stevia has any sort of taste to it at all?

I find that I am extremely sensitive to aspartame and Splenda (which is sucralose, right?). They give a horrible bitter taste that lingers in my mouth for a very long time.
