what to do for lunch?

ok people! I have 20 minutes before I go to my lunch break and I have no clue what to eat. I only have 30 minutes, there is a grocery store nearby, and I have access to a microwave and sink. WHAT SHOULD I HAVE FOR LUNCH TODAY?

    The first thing I thought of was a really hearty healthy salad :) That's what I usually have when I eat out - it's so much easier when someone else does all the salad prep!

    I just had a mini bulkie roll (90 cals) with 2 oz thin and trim smoked turkey, 1 slice american cheese and banana peppers. yum, for less then 200 cals!
