Ive started eating gluten free breads and flour as i have found it doesn't bloat me as much, but i thought i had cut down my carbs alot since i started to eat more healthy, but i just found the pie chart of the carbs, fat and protein and i eat way over the carb allowance every day and not enough protein, and I'm guessing this is why I'm not noticing a massive difference after 3 months of really working hard.
Can someone please help me with what i can do to my diet to balance it out a bit more? I thought i was doing well but I'm obviously not and need some help! I don't eat red meats and I'm allergic to almonds! any help would be much appreciated!!

Your diary is closed--people could give better advice if they could see what you're eating.

    1) don't east as many carbs. That's easy enough, look at your diary, see what has a lot of carbs, eat less of it (ie, have more salads than sandwiches)

    2) My main sources of proteins are meat, fish, greek yogurt, cheese, eggs, and I usually have a protein bar a day for snack.

Your diary is still closed. Here's a link to a list of high protein foods I just pulled up on google: http://www.howmuchprotein.com/foods/
