Stepping out of my comfort zone...

Stepping out of my comfort zone and meeting a friend for food and drinks at 730 when I already ate dinner at 530... My obsessive nature is telling me to cancel but I will go and enjoy myself...

I have preplanned to the best of my ability... Suppose to have a low calorie day (I am varying calorie days throughout the week so Im suppose to only have 1500 ish and not eat back exercise)

I was hoping you could please check my diary out and give some input from last Wednesday ( I weigh in on Wednesdays) on how my week will look...

THANKS!

Well the first, and most important thing is you're aware of the potential for derailing everything by meeting your friend tonight. Plus you've already eaten, so that is good.

The one thing you might have done differently is skipped the beer at dinner. Those were 306 empty calories that you could have saved as a buffer for meeting your friend.

Other than that, you're eating pretty good from everything I saw since Wednesday. So you've got two options: drink water tonight and stay away from the food. If your friend is understanding then they should have no issue with it. Or you can go a little over but stick to healthy alternative (a salad etc.. not sure where you're going). Not sure if that helps at all, but I do hope tonight is a good and healthy time.
