How do I count calories where there isn't a label

Hello! Just joined (well, I joined a while ago, but didn't start using until now)

Tonight I am having some friends over for dinner, and I will be making stir fry with all fresh ingredients. Of course, the ONLY downside to using fresh ingredients is that I don't have a label to tell me how many calories are in all the ingredients I put in, and how much of the stir fry is "a serving". So, how do I track my dinner tonight, with this predicament? I can't count everything I put in, because I won't be eating everything I put in, as it's a shared meal. :/

Thanks in advance for your feedback :)

You can build a recipe using the feature here. List all the items you put in and then you can guess how many servings you will get out of it. But best to weigh the whole meal if possible and track by weighing out your portion.

This....then weigh it when its done and divide by the number of people for servings. Then weigh out yours first...then let them go at it. Have a great dinner
