Chronic Dehydration - anyone familiar with it?

Hey, I was diagnosed by my cardiologist with chronic dehydration. I don't just mean "oh I don't drink enough water." It's an issue where my body dehydrates itself regardless of how much I drink. I was just wondering if there is anyone on here who has it as well because I have some questions about running outdoors. If you do have it, you can either respond here or private message me. Thanks.

Hmmm, I had never heard of it, but I have to drink copious amounts of water to stay hydrated. In the summer, i have to make sure i add in gatorade. If I am not floating, my iron levels are high when I get blood tests.
Due to a challenge, I recently found out that I regularly drink 20 cups of water a day. I am getting close today, even though I also had tea. If I am outside all day or in a heated building, I get headaches, sometimes nausea, if I don't have some kind of electrolyte replacement - I use NUUN and CamelPak tablets.
Someone on these boards keeps proclaiming that you don't need water during exercise of less than an hour. I don't remember the last time I had a waking hour without some water, even sitting in the office.0 -

I can go an hour running on a treadmill no problem without drinking a drop because of the A/C. I barely sweat. However, if I do it in a room without air conditioning or outside, I sweat a lot and in 4 minutes of running I am dropping to the ground feeling like I'm about to die. I can do physical labor in the sun for 8 hours no problem and my body can regulate things just fine. However my body keeps itself so dehydrated that if I go sweat a lot real fast without replenishing it, I start passing out.0
