I "had to" take the day off today from working out to help my hamstring/glute/hip feel better, I just hope to get back into running again, I need my exercise calories, 1200 is not enough for me!

I work out alot as well 1200 calories isn't enough for anyone lol! I work out quite a bit as well my goal at first was 250 calories a day that wasn't enough then it was 300 then 400 now I'm up to 936 my ultimate goal would be a 1000 calories a day. I don't excercise one day and that is usually Sunday. I find that if I do excercise 7 days a week I get the leg cramps and I was told by my boot camp instructor we must let our body rest at least one day to build muscle and rejuvinate so if you took a day off due to soreness then you should be taking at least one to two days off a week to allow your muscles to build and your body to rejuvinate itself. To help with the leg cramps try bannana's and plenty of fluid.0
