i can see to break the late night eating habit? and it always seem my biggest issue is nuts and almond butter! it's extremely frustrating when i eat good all day and then blow it on one thing!

It's alright to have almonds as long as you have the calories to spend on them. I can go overboard on almonds myself but I make sure to count/measure the correct serving and eat them later. If I eat them straight from the bag, game over.0
