How can I get Fiber intake to show on my daily food diary?

Hi all you wonderful MFP members! Being I'm still fairly new here, coming up on the end of my first week, I'm still learning about this great site! Can someone tell me how I can get the fiber I eat each day to show up on my food diary? Not sure if there are certain settings to change or add to the diary.

yes, I can answer that!! LOL! Go to Food, then Settings.0

On the top of the page under my home..all the way to the right click on "settings"
This will take you to Account Settings..on the list click on "Diary Settings"
On the next page you can change what nutrients you want to track.
Just click on the drop down boxes and you should be able to pick fiber.

Just to let you know, it set me at very low for fiber. Woman are supposed to get about 25 grams a day (from a class I took) and it only set me at 15.0
