First time on the myfitnesspal site

I just learned about this site about an hour ago.:heart: I love this site already. I logged my meals for today. I loved how easy it was. I am trying to change and improve some health problems by changing my diet. Hopefully, I will be motivated to continue this journey of changing my eating and exercising lifestyle. Thank you for offering this tool to us.

    Like others have said, stick with it and it will work, I lost 114 pounds in a little over a year. I suggest also getting the app if you have a smartphone or a tablet, makes logging much easier while on the go. Best of luck to you.
