Lost some ground

I have gained back 9 pounds!!!! Time to stop my destructive behavior. Thank goodness for this site and my family to help me get back on the road to reaching my goal. I am trying to look at this as a positive experience instead of a bad one. It was bound to happen sooner or later I'm just happy I caught it before I gained it all back. I will learn from my mistakes. Thanks for listening.

I am with you! I lost 10 on another site then stopped and gained it all back. I need to make this a life change...not just to lose weight. Good luck!0

Everyone has setbacks and losing ground isn't always a bad thing.
Sometimes if I see that I've gained weight back I'll hit the gym with more intensity since I have a better incentive.
Changing the way you live is a fight, but its well worth it. We all have little battles with it along the way, but as long as we end up where we want to be in the end, its all worth it.

I have so much trouble on the week ends no exercise and eating the wrong foods. I stop kicking my self and start all over on Monday and tell myself I will do better next week end. I will keep trying. I do very well during the week.0

I feel like I have had a set back also. All week-end I felt I lost control. I ate ate and ate more. Previously, I had set my calorie count to 1200 and did a pretty good job for a few weeks. Well, that was until this week-end , food was the only thing I thought about. And I did not care. I can’t say I went to the point of no return but I was not pretty. So I have decided to up my calorie intake to 1600 a day. I will only lose about half a pound per week, but I think I can stick to this with out going crazy for food. Sorry I just had to get this off my chest.0
