Greetings, My name is Troy. I've been into fitness for over 6 months after my encounter with wrestling for the first time in high school. I'm currently a Junior l and when I grow up I want to become a Nutritionist due to my surprising passion for fitness. I found out about this site just today after watching a video on YouTube which discusses on how to keep track of macro nutrients.
