Hey everyone, as you can see by my ticker I've a lot of weight to lose
And after having 2 big babies in 15 months my body is destroyed I'm very stiff, sore (from 2 c-sections & from being so overweight my legs/feet cant handle it, and have been given the go-ahead from my doctor) so I'm looking for an exercise programme I ca do at home to help me lose this weight, break me into exercise gently an help loosen me up!
Before my first preg I was usin turbo fire but there's no way I'd be able for that or turbojam now so just seen an infomercial for Slim in 6 and hoping to get honest opinions on if its any good??
All suggestions very welcome!!

I had 40lbs total to lose after my second big baby in 2 years. I started mainly with diet and walking until my knees didn't ache. Than started jogging, and lifting.0
