I used to love Special K but now they've changed the recipe they are nowhere near as nice, way too sweet. Anyone else noticed this?

    I just had the new special k this morning, it's absolutely awful and the rest of the box is going in the bin!
    Tastes like sugar coated cardboard now :sick:

    Highly processed, nutrient devoid junk. Guess your "bliss point" didn't match those of their research subjects.

    Their advertising and weight loss claims are false. It's amazing to me what all the big name food producers get away with in their advertising and that so many of us take it as truth without question. Just a little bit of research into the tactics of the food processing industry giants will blow one's mind. I'm not saying that everyone has to stop eating these products (cuz I don't care what other people eat), but I do think people should be AWARE. Choice should always be "informed choice".

    Ok, I'm ready for the flame throwers... I won't be back to notice. :indifferent:
