Hi everyone! My name is Jamie and I'm 29. I'm starting over on MFP due to a personal situation that got totally out of hand. At my absolute heaviest I weighed in at 196 pounds. Recently, I've been as low at 182.5 but due to said personal situation I have gained and I'm currently sitting at 190 pounds. I'm also the queen of making excuses for why I am overweight, NO MORE! I'm looking for motivating friends who will push me even when I want to quit. I'm looking for friends who like to swap healthy recipes, enjoy trying new-to-them workouts (right now I'm LOVING kettlebells and Endurance exercises that athletes do). I want to become a runner but I think I'm still carrying around enough weight on my frame that I get shin splints. I can hardly wait to see what a healthy me looks like!

Feel free to friend me, just leave me a little message though please.

Thank you!

Jamie

I love kettlebells, too. Must dig them out, haven't used them in a while

Hi Jamie, like you I have floated up and down however mostly up. I like your mind set about no more excuses, I'm up for that.

Todays quote: "If you had a million-dollar racehorse, would you let him stay up half the night drinking coffee and booze, smoking cigarettes and eating junk food?" Next question: "Would you treat a 10-dollar dog or a 5-dollar cat that way? What about a billion-dollar body?" thanks Zig Ziglar
