Strategies for Travel

I've done very well with healthy eating and regular exercise this past three months - at home and in a normal routine. However, I'm going to be traveling some over the next few weeks and need a new strategy for hotels, restaurants and work-related parties. Any good ideas?

Most hotels have a gym that you can access, if not then go for walks (preferably with a co-worker, safety in numbers and all) or maybe take some light weights with you. You can do an ab workout anywhere along with push-ups and squats. As far as the food, try to pick healthy off of menus and if possible, google restaurants before hand to see what they have. At work-related parties, go with it and have fun, no need to stress more when trying to impress the bosses.0
