can you feel your oblique muscles in your back?

these are the muscles on the sides of the lower back.

maybe a little but what you would be more likely to feel are the lats ( latissimus dorsi) the obliques do wrap around your sides but I think in regards to function/action the lower part of the lats would be more dominant0

It looks like it's slightly lower than that on the picture, it's where my 'natural waistline' would be, just below my ribs.
it's such a weird feeling, I don't remember noticing it the other times that I was working out, exercising, and so on, but I feel them all the time now. Not sore, just, aware they are there.0 -
oh I see yeah that would be obliques and more mid lats but I think you're feeling them because your "corset" is tightening up...I love that feeling!!!0
