What* is your song?

I am a lover of all music. In my iPhone you will find a wide range of artist. From 2 Pac to Taylor Swift, from Pusha T to Phil Collins.

I love music that I can make a connection with. A song that can tell part of my story.

So my question to you is, what is your song? Do you have a song that tells a part of your life? It could be a past experience, or a future goal, or anything that relates to you. Of course, you might have more than one.

Right now, I am feeling Tupac song, Papaz Song. It really hits home about me not knowing my biological father.

There are quite a few that relate to me..but I recently ran across a song that I would only have to modify the lyrics slightly to fit all me...LOL.

I can listen to anything as well. Right now I've been listening to a lot of Reggae and three songs that hit home are Beres Hammond More Time and Bob Marley's Redemption Song and Corner stone.

Currently jamming on the iPod is alot of old school hard rock and metal for when I'm in the gym; I really love House of Pain and Seether when I'm on the elliptical. But I have a little of everything from Johnny Cash and Red Hot Chili Peppers to Sheryl Crow and Sarah McLaughlan, even a little old school New Kids on the Block and my guilty pleasures; One Direction and Soul Decision (Faded) :blushing:

    I just  music!!

As far as "my" song, I downloaded "Girl on Fire" by Alicia Keyes. It's become my personal anthem for my weight loss journey

    That's mildly depressing.

Ne Yo/Calvin Harris "Let's Go" is my theme song for my weight loss journey. I have a lot of guilt for living the last decade of my life overweight and unhappy.

"It's not about what you've done
    It's about what you're doing
It's all about where you're going
    No matter where you've been"

I love film scores. I have playlists for pretty much every mood I could possibly in with scores that make me feel like my life is one epic movie scene with orchestral accompaniment. Massive nerd alert but I don't even care haha.
