what are some healthy, maybe off the wall condiments you all use? I'm a little tired of my go-to.

I dont do the normal condiments you find in the isles atm because they are usually high in sodium or lack nutritional value. I use the juices from lemons and oranges on stuff though for now. Sour cream is a good one. Guacamole and hummus are worth the sodium because they are filling and provide other needed macros. Salsa I make at home is always a life saver to replace the tabasco I was addicted to lol Thats all I can think of atm0
