Hi im lookin for support ive been havin a rough time sticken to any diet i feel overwhelemeed i gotta lose 100 pounds. I need real friend to help me thru this time plz support and help me out somedays i do sooo good others way bad look foward to my new friends tyou in advance

    A mistake, when you're on your fitness journey, can make it seem like it's the end of the world. It's not! It's just a small roadblock, and you tell yourself, "This isn't a detour, it's just a small obstacle." Onward and forward!

    I know this because I've been there. One day of not going to the gym "because I didn't feel like" turned into 2 days, 3 days... and a whole month passed by just like that! It was harder to start again than it was to start!

    Only count the days you did well. In your case, losing weight, eating the required calories, working out. You can do this! Progress may be slow, but slow and steady always won the race. Remember that bunny? He worked his *kitten* off so hard, he quit before he started!
