OK, so I have been eating at or under 1200 calories for about 3 months now with great results. I had got down to my lowest weight in years which was 183 pounds. But then about 2 weeks ago my weight started fluctuating out of the blue, so I decided to up my calories to no more than 1400 and no less than 1200. Is it normal for my weight to increase/fluctuate during this caloric intake change?

Dont be discouraged....Your weight will fluctuate at first.Just keep doing what you are doing with the excerise and diet.It will balance out.0
