I gain when I'm happy!

When I'm content with myself, I don't care about losing weight; Ill eat whatever I want. Losing weight for me is only possible when I'm depressed. Then, when I get out of my depression, I gain it back.

Can anyone else relate? Do you know how to keep thin in the brighter moments?

    I hear you. When I'm happy I want to enjoy life - that includes food. Maybe we should just try to enjoy our healthy food more, enjoy how good you look and feel being fit! It's ok to indulge sometimes too! But my goal is to limit this, to plan what I indulge, and thoroughly enjoy it while I'm eating it. Hope this helps.
