Weight plateau???

Hi, I am 25 years old, 6 ft high and weighing 235 lbs. I have lost about 35 lbs since I started using MFP... But for the last 3 weeks I have been stuck at the same weight. Even by increasing the amount of exercise I have unable to achieve any weight loss! :sad:

My target calories per day are 1610 (weight loss goal of 2 lbs per week). On average I consume about 1700-1800 calories a day and burn about 400-600 calories doing P90 and running... So at the end of the day I still have about 400-500 calories left (calories consumed - burned)...

Any input on the matter would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
