Office Jobs.....

Hey everyone,

I'm a little stuck and could do with some advice.

I have an office job 5 days a week and work out between 4-5 times a week, not at the moment as i've just had an operation.

i wanted to know what activity level i should put myself on - Sedentary or light exercise? I think Sedentary would put me on too low calories considering i work out in the evenings.

would appreciate some advice please :)

    Sedentary and eat your exercise calories back. Simple.

    I would set it to sedentary and then add your daily exercise calories on top of that when you exercise. And then eat those calories, or maybe 75% of them, back.

    There will be someone along shortly to say that nobody is truly sedentary unless they're in a coma.

    Very interesting thanks for the advice so far I set to sedentary and its set me now at 1790 calories per day
