Posture Question...Dumbbell Deadlift

Posture question like the subject says...I noticed today doing this that I can't seem to keep my upper back straight. My back wants to curve outward between my shoulder blades, so I had a small hunch to my upper back. I tried keeping my shoulders back but it didn't help much. I was using 25 lb dumbbells. Maybe lighter weight until I get the form right?

Look at something 5-6 ft in front of you while deadlifting. Lock your eyes on it and don't let them move. That should keep your head in the right position which may help the back situation.0
