Elbow Pain...can someone please help!

First of all, thanks for reading...Here is my problem:
I have been having pain in my right elbow for a few months now. It is not on the back of the elbow (bone area) nor on either of the sides like tennis or golfers elbow. The best way to explain it is that if I extend my right arm and put my palm up, the pain is in the center of my elbow "pit" (if you will), where they would draw blood. The pain radiates an inch down to my forearm and about 3 inches up my bicep. I do not have full range of motion, my elbow can not extend fully, and pain is increased when holding something at my side like a bag of groceries, when straightening it, and if I place my hand on a flat surface fingers straight ahead and rotate my elbow. There is a little swelling in the back of the elbow now, there didn't used to be. I took 2 weeks off of any exercise on it at all, ice seems to make it worse, heat helps minimally. I would love to know what I can do to help. I hate pain killers, so I am looking for a natural way to help with the injury. Also, this was not acute, it slowly got worse over time. If anyone has had something similar or knows what might be up, that would be awesome. I have scoured the internet, and to be honest I don't want to go to a doctor and have them tell me to stay off it for 2 weeks, R.I.C.E. it basically, and take pain meds. I am looking to fix the problem not mask it, and like I said I have stayed off of it.... Ok, that being said I would love to hear what y'all have to say! Have a fantastic day!!!
THANKS

Hi, why don't you try a massage? My husband suffers from tennis elbow (not sure if you have the same) and he had massage over the weekend - he claims it feels so much better. Or see a physio?
