I don't have an HRM so I have no clue how to log it? I did W1D1 today!
Thanks!

I originally logged it as 8 mins jogging 22 mins walking but my hrm told me that I was burning so much more then mfp so I dont no tbh because your heart rate is already elavted for the brisk walk you burn more then you normally would brisk walking maybe oog it as that but know you have burnt more :)

I just add up how much walking and how much jogging/running I've done and enter it using MFP calculations. You can use something like Endomondo (the free version) to see what your average speeds are for each part and then look for that speed in the database. That's what I do :) Of course, I don't really have a good gauge of whether it's accurate or not; I don't have an HRM and so I don't know how many calories I've actually burned. So this probably isn't actually that helpful, but it's what I do :)

My pace is so slow that it's not considered "jogging" here or on any other chart. I go with the "a mile is a mile" theory and log it as walking at the average pace.
