I made up my on circuit, kinda like 30 day shred cause it goes by 3 -2-1.

5 minute warmup

3 minutes
30 second -pushups
30 second- dips
30 second-pushups
30 second- dips
2 minutes
30 second- jumping jacks
30 second- jump rope
30 second- jumping jacks
30 second- jump rope
1 minute
1minute- plank
3 minutes
30 second- squats
1 minute- wallsit
30 second- squats
1 minute- squat
2 minute
30 second- jumping jacks
30 seconds- jump rope
30 second- jumping jacks
30 second- jump rope
1 minute
1 minute plank
And then you can repeat or add your own stuff to it. It worked for me, im sore today :)
