Had two days off and still lost weight

I stayed at my brother's on Saturday, and I didn't track my calories or work out on Sat. or Sunday.
I stepped on the scale this morning, just out of curiosity, to see what the damage was.
I lost a pound!! I'm down to 176 now!!!

Yay!!! Sometimes when we're trying so hard to stick to this diet and we're OBSESSING with it, we forget how much we actually have eat to gain. I've had weekends like that before where I totally thought I was going to gain and I didn't. It's great!0
