Hello everyone, I downloaded MFP to my iphone last year but is the first time I'm using the website. Three years ago I used to weight 248 lbs, I lost all the extra weight and I reach my goal of 150 lbs in about 8 months, I continued to loose weight after dieting by eating well and working out. As of July of last year I had an injury and was not able to go to work, workout or move around on my own as much until October-November so I gained like 15-20lbs, then Christmas vacation came and gain a couple of more pounds. I've been getting back to healthy eating and workout but in between more vacations i've mannaged to gain back 50lbs. So I finally said enough of this, now Im doing Herbalife and bought my self a spinning bike to get motivated because I Love Spinning. I'm here to get support and give support and help also, but I also joined to stay motivated and help others stay motivated. I'm also curious on how to get the little tracking things that keep your goal with pretty and cool colors, lol. Thanx for reading this my first post ever in any site. Let me clarify, i kept my weight off for almost 3 yrs.
