Back at it and need support

Hello all! I am a busy mom of 6 who tried this once before. I had decent results but fell off the wagon last year and have struggled to try to get back on. I am hoping that being active in the community this time will help with accountability and help me stick to it. I am sick of being big and the health risks that come along with it. My husband and little girls need me to be there for them and at this rate I'm not going to be there as long as they need me.

I am looking into starting Food Matters. Has anyone out there tried it? I don't want to diet. I want to change my way of eating and my lifestyle.
