Hi there, just wondering which apps are the most accurate to track work outs, when I use the elliptical trainer and track it via Endomondo it says I have only burned 280 in 70 mins when I check on another apps says in the 500.
Really annoying because I have been eating more this week and I'm sure it's cause I'm underestimating cals

I know this doesn't really help but I bought a heart rate monitor. I got tired of trying to figure out who much I burned. This way I know with reasonable certainty. I say reasonable because i'm known to forget to turn it on at the start of a work out.0

Why wouldn't you just write down your WO info from the trainer, then set the information under " your exercise" and then go "create your own exercise), cardio, minutes, calories burned????0

Oh that's a good idea which heart rate monitor do you have?0
