I'm new here so forgive me if I post on the wrong topic board,.
I learned a lesson today - make that two lessons.
1. dont eat and post at the same time, That way you wont have eaten the second lindor truffle before you find out there is 77 calories in each!
2. One lindor truffle, eaten slowly and savoured, is enough.

It's nice to sit down and eat a meal with no distractions- no TV, no computer, NOTHING Especially if you can get your spouse to sit down to eat with you and have a nice conversation with one another about your day.0 -
I can relate. I used to eat a whole package of them in one sitting, but have not had one of those delicious truffles in over a year.
Now my treat is 1 Dove dark chocolate promise caramel with sea salt (under 40 calories) as a reward at the end of each day for staying within my calories for the day.0
